The Registrar is responsible for building each new season or session in our admin system. They are responsible for maintaining rosters and age groups and the collection and organization of player assets such as birth certificates and ID photos. The registrar acts as laison to the Recreational Director for the fall rec program and the Travel Director for the fall and spring Black Goose program. The registrar should have a functional understanding of basic office software such as email, word processing and Excel and a basic understanding of how web-based admin systems function. This person should be well-organized and commited to the integrity of our program. Professional training will be included in this position and the new applicant should expect a basic transition period and the full support of the Seekonk Youth Soccer board as they adjust to this new role.

Responsible for developing skills of new referees, assist with training, and complete weekly schedules in-season for recreational and local travel games.
Recreational Director (open)
We are actively looking for a well-organized volunteer to assist our current Recreational Director for the upcoming fall season. Aided in part by the Registrar and President, this volunteer position is responsible for the coordination and oversight of our fall program.
Reminder: Seekonk Youth Soccer is 100% volunteer driven. Without volunteers we cannot possibly support all of the great programs we offer all year long.
All are welcome to attend Seekonk Youth Soccer board meetings. All meetings are be held on the first Monday of every month at the Aitken Elementary School at 7 pm. If the Monday our meeting is scheduled is a holiday, it will be held the following Monday.
