Welcome to the coaches corner.  Thank you for volunteering for the most important role in our league.

Please be sure to fill out a CORI form for the town for each season.  CORI.  Please print this form and complete.  Forms need to be returned to the registrar along with a copy of your license prior to the start of the season.

You will also need to fill out the MYSA online CORI form once a year.
