COACHES, ASST COACHES and VOLUNTEERS

The town Parks and Recreation committee requires that you take a few minutes to register and review the information on this website.  It maybe the one thing that can save a childs life. Please print out the certificate and hand it into the league with your completed CORI form.

NHFS Learn  Concussion in Sports - What You Need To Know FREE COURSE!

Every volunteer for the league must complete and pass a CORI check.  Please be sure to fill out a CORI form for the town for each season.  CORI.  Please print this form and complete.  Forms must be returned to the team assignor along with a copy of your license atleast 2 weeks prior to the start of the season.

Voluteers who do not pass the CORI check will be notified and will not be allowed on the fields.  There will be no refunds issued.
